Has their customer service improved?
I was a member and canceled because the customer service was so abhorrent (in addition to major stock issues — like what's the benefit of a membership if you get early access to drops and yet they're still sold out in 10 minutes).
I do like their clothes and I'm considering reupping my membership to do a big order but I'm hesitant given how poor my experience has been in the past. I'd prefer just using a promo code or buying on sale but that's a crapshoot.
Just curious if folks who have been members for awhile have noticed improvements or if it's more of the same BS!
