Restoring Old Gloves

Would love some advice on restoring these gloves. Long story short, these are showing up at my house basically for free. The other gloves I got from this person were old, dry, and pancaked. But I've been looking for 1st base gloves to toss in my coach gear supply bag, so I wanna give restoring these a shot.

Best advice I got on these so far - saddle soap washes. Which was gonna happen anyways. Probably vinegar treatment as well (the other ones I got either had mold or smelled musty)

I had one guy tell me just condition, mallet, condition, mallet, condition, mallet, etc. Until it's usable. Had another guy tell me to slather it in Vaseline, toss it in a garment bag and tumble dry on low.

Anyone with experience on this have any advice for me?
