Looking to upgrade from flx 4

I want to upgrade from my flx 4, not necessarily immediately but would like this next controller to last me a while. Im a semi beginner, had the flx 4 for about a year but only play around with it a few hours a week. I can mix in and out of songs for the most part quite seamlessly but no fancy transitions and would like to start using more effects in mixing and transitions. It looks like the grv-6 is the next step up, but been watching reviews and alot seem to think the whole concept is quite “gimmicky” and still the plasticky feel of the flx4 which i dont mind too much as its mostly for home use. What i do like about it is it has the effects knob like the A9 mixer, which is what i feel is missing with the flx 4 to me as i prefer to do as much as possible on the controller and not have to fiddle with the laptop while mixing. I would be open to save up for longer and get the flx10. Any recommendations between the two options or also open to other suggestions! Thanks!
