Thoughts about NYE alone in club

Hi everyone! I’m thinking about celebrating New Year’s Eve alone this year by going to a club on my own. I’ve never done this before, but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I also see it as a symbolic way to tell myself to leave social anxiety behind me in the coming year, and wanna show myself that I can do this, so I thought this could be a meaningful and empowering experience.

However, I’m also feeling quite nervous because NYE is such an intimate event for a lot of people, and I assume there won’t be many people celebrating on their own. I’m worried that I might end up feeling even lonelier afterward. I’m considering going to OST instead of Hain because I feel like people might be more open and welcoming there on that night.

Have you had an experience like this, or do you have any thoughts you’d like to share? I’d really appreciate it!
