Any quick/temporary solutions?
Hi guys, I’m sure a lot of you can relate here - so I tend to binge in waves. I’ll have a couple of weeks where I feel completely out of control and then I can regain control for a week or 2 (huge correlation with my menstrual cycle).
I know nothing suffices for proper long term treatment - I am currently on a waiting list and making my way through some self help resources when I’m not busy with work (rarely 🥲)
In the meantime, can anyone share any tools they use in the short term to stop binges in their tracks or curb cravings. I’m seeing someone romantically (something I never thought I’d say 🥰) and I’m really conscious of my BED getting in the way in these early stages.
