Best chai tea latte in town?

Which local coffee shop has the best one in your opinion? I’d appreciate answers from people who have actually tried a lot of different ones over the years. Also, where do they get their tea and do they buy a concentrate, brew their own bulk concentrate, or brew the tea to order? What do the general public really expect when they see it on the menu?
