Need help finding a stable job

I am 23 female, have about 4 years of warehouse experience, 6+ years of retail and sales experience and a little managerial background. I can do anything though, all jobs have to train you in some form or fashion. I am a very quick learner. I really want to work in an office setting (even an assistant of some sort) and I am looking for something long term and somewhere that I can grow with the company. I am looking to make at least $19 dollars an hour. I am still in college(trying to pay for it). I thought my resume was pretty good but apparently not because every job is either a scam or “commission based” and not that I’m not willing to work, I just need a paycheck NOW starting out with…I keep getting turned down, I’ve applied to HUNDREDS of jobs under SEVERAL fields, please help me bham ppl!
