Setting up Unchained Vault to work with Sparrow

Hi guys,

I recently opened an unchained 2/3 multisig vault. I would like to be able to sign from sparrow wallet instead of the unchained platform.

Now, when i created the unchained vault on the unchained platform, i linked a cold card and a ledger, and their individual XPUBs and derivations are shown as the signable keys. When i download/view the multisig config file, there are different xpubs shown...which is weird to me.

When i import the unchained config file into Sparrow, it creates the wallet as a watch only. How can i make this a signable NOT watch only setup? I've played around with overriding the listed keystores in Sparrow, etc. but i can't seem to get the correct XPUB (the individual ones described above) to show up.

Any ideas?
