Used 2016 BMW 320i issues

Hi guys, I am buying my first car, a 2016 BMW 320i (no badge) with 45K on the odometer (verified). Before I buy the car, I had it inspected thoroughly to make sure it had no issues. Got this done with a BMW specialists. The car has come back with some issues but I am not sure how critical they are and whether to get them repaired straightaway or notbecause the dealership says it is not a big deal but the garage says it should be fixed. I am sharing the issues below, can you please help me determine if the issues should be fixed?

  1. Coolant - Concentration: Low on main circuit, Good on Charge air circuit. Level: Max on main circuit and Charge air circuit.

  2. Coolant reservoir - Charge air circuit cap has been overtightened and stopper on reservoir has been flattened. Both the reservoir and the cap require replacement reservoir.

  3. Thurst arm - Thrust arm bushes have been replaced, non genuine bush replacement and passenger side arm has been crushed and mushroomed. Needs to be replaced with genuine BMW Thrust arm entirely, not bush replacement as they are hydraulically filled. Cannot replace bushes alone or use aftermarket bushes.

  4. Toe arm - Passenger side toe arm has grease around it, unable to determine if it’s grease used to reinstall tie-rod end or if the boot has been caught when removing and now leaks.

  5. Bump stops - Rear bumps stops have been replaced with non-genuine parts that are slightly undersized for the circumference of the top hat. However, this is not a fail. Bumps stops have been replaced correctly and are of correct length and structure.

I understand the first point needs to be addressed but not quite sure about points 2 to 5. I appreciate your time and efforts on this.
