do they really work?

Hi, I've been thinking of looking for anything that can help me get enough sleep. I can't sleep anytime earlier than 12am because I don't feel sleepy anytime before that. However, my sleep deprivation has been building up and I can't perform at my best for university.

so I'm looking for anything that would just help me feel sleepy quickly. I know our sleep cycle is shaped by our habit. but a while back work just never ended before 10pm for me. so I suppose because of that my body adapted.

can anyone kindly suggest me where and how to acquire any sleeping pills(?) or medicine to quickly fix this?
