Bullying at work

Do any of you come across managers who like to throw insult jokes at people at work? And then laugh non stop like it’s so funny? they like to say things that you didn’t even think or said it. And the epic thing is they know they had cross the line then they will said something good to cover back. I come across one, he mentioned he read a news that an ex staff of a company threw acid to their boss after being laid off…i guess why he will say nice things to cover his jackass.

he even praised himself for being good at managing people…he is so nasty that you just wanna puke right onto his face…he calls people ugly, he put words into people “dont say don’t wanna work” at those who actually spent their fucking day and night researching and work at things out of their job expertise…he yelled saying “i will throw you out at roadside and you will just go get grab” at a fresh grades who work overtime late until night at 10pm+…AND DID NOT GET PAID FOR THAT.

There are more….i hope this asshole will get his karma since he believed it.
