NEED HELP FINDING A SONG!!!

I forgot the melody but all I remember is that the music video showcases some girls (I think like 4?), and they are all wearing pink skirts/dresses, and then one of them changes into this leopard print top. They also have this flipphone which they use to call this random guy who's at a (payphone)? I remember the lyrics go something vague like "dilbara, dilbara" (not 100% sure, but some words that rhyme with dilbara/nirvana JUST SOMETHING close to that and it repeats 3 times in the chorus). My best guess is that it's from the late 90s/early 2000s (leaning towards 2005-2008), and has pretty bad quality. It's on Youtube for sure because I remember listening to it so much as a child. Also, I think it's just an individual song (not from a movie or something), but I could be wrong. The song isn't obscure or anything, it's pretty well-known, but I just need help finding the title.
