life wanted to make me smile with Yasmin arriving today already after I just lost my cat

Yasmin was supposed to arrive tomorrow, also meant to be a kind of treat for myself but life had other plans. My cat had to be euthanized today, which is just heartbreaking but Yasmin is bringing me a lil smile for arriving already today. Honestly, Yasmin looks just like a lovely diva princess, which perfectly describes my cat aswell. It feels like a connection between my cat and this Yasmin if that makes any sense. Like even their eyes give me some of the same energy. Am sorry, I'm struggling with wording everything well rn.

Anyway, am glad to have Yasmin now, she looks so pretty. BUT I have a question bc her hair is a MESS (as u can prob see in the pics).. what can I do to make it look & feel better? If just boil wash - how do I do exactly, what do I need & how long?
