Crow is absolutely shit now

It's ridiculous. Every brawler now charges its super in 4 shots max, Crow needs A LOT of shots to do it. No damage, no life. "Oh but you need to play him as a control brawler" A SHIT control then, still no life, no damage, super takes a thousand years to charge. He DESPERATELY needs a buff.
