Where are the hyper charge offers?

I have been accumulating pizza slices from day 1, I didn't get any from the glitch so I got the compensation of 400 and have been playing the daily contest, right now I'm at 1422 pizza slices.

But I have been noticing from the like 10 days now, since the maintainance and everything was done I stopped getting the hyper charge offers. I think since the start of the event I have only seen 1 hypercharge offer that too in the start.

Are u guys facing similar problem?
