Used stone milled rye flour from a bake shop nearby

Then King Arthur no knead recipe: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/no-knead-sourdough-bread-recipe

Fed starter in the morning, folded 3x for 3 hrs after work then tossed in fridge over night, proofed for 3 hrs and baked for 1 hr after work the following day
