Garrett question

I am a long-time Bills fan. Like most Bills fans, I feel that the Browns are our Erie bros and root for you guys often.

I am sure most Browns fans are rather tired of Myles Garrett speculation/rumors. I am of the belief that he isn't going anywhere.

I was curious, though, as a fanbase - what offer would make you say, "Ok, we had a good run, best of luck". I don't know how you get equal value for a player like that, much less better value. But is this one of those 3 1st and a player-type deals?
