Anyone else get licensed through NWM or Equitable like company and leave?

I'm in a situation right now where I've only been at the firm for a few months but am hoping to leave because of the work environment and the heavy emphasis on selling the proprietary life insurance policies but a bit concerned as to how it would look on my resume. I'm supposed to take my 7 at the end of the month this month but I'm worried what happens if I leave so soon after they sponsored me. Will this leave a stain on my U5?
Should I just leave now and try to get some1 else to sponsor me or should I take the tests and then leave? Does anyone here have any general advice for the situation?
