hypothetical CHERUP movie : Cast?

I was chatting with a friend the other day, and we got to wonder. Should there ever be a cherup movie, who would we cast for the different roles? obviously child actors for the main roles would be very hard to put names on. But for those around like Mr. Pike, Mr. Large, Mac, Zara and Ewert etc.?

Mac: Jean Connery

Mr. Pike : Idris Elba, Michael Jai White

Mr. Large : Hafthor Bjornsonn Or Rory Mccan

Amy: Natalie Dormer, Rose Leslie

Ewart: No idea, maybe Micheal Fassbender?

Zara: No idea

Miss smoke: Gina Carano

Kazakov: Vigo Mortensen? (Bases on him in eastern promises)
