First time and looking for advice 🙁

I signed up for reddit just to make this post, but I ended up in the ER last night to find out I have been experiencing CHS. I’m 17 and have chronically used weed every day for about 8 months. I’m okay with quitting, but have never had experience with something like this and I’m worried. I haven’t gotten my period since 11/17 and was wondering if it’s just because my body is stressed or what. I keep feeling pain that goes lower than just my abdominal area and nothing has come up about this. Should I be worried about my period?

And how long is this going to take to die down. My stomach has been in pain throughout all of today and the only thing that’s calmed it enough to be okay with is the heated blanket I’ve had on high all day. I showered and had relief of all my symptoms, got out, and felt like shit again. When will this end?? I am in so much uncomfortable pain
