How did you overcome your Weight loss plateau?
Hi everyone!
As the title says, I’ve his a plateau where I’ve maintained but haven’t loss any weight in about 5 weeks. I’ve lost 10lbs so far (yay me!) and I’m sticking to my diet and workout routine but I seem to be hard in this plateau.
How long have your plateaus been? Did you have to change your approach or did your body eventually start losing weight again?

Updated to add:
I work out 2 days on, one rest day and walk 10,000 steps a day minimum. I do 25 HIIT one day and 25 minute exercise bike the next.
I am using loseit! To track calories and according to that it says I can take in 1400 calories to lose 1lb a week to which I have been following.
My CW is 155 and I’m 5ft1 with a GW of 130-135.
