Decided to work out again after testing negative and I’ve had the worst leg muscle cramps/aches. Possible long term covid complication?
So I went back to Pilates after testing negative for a few days and that night my knee started cramping up and hurting. I felt a lot better putting a hot pack on it but my body just hurts overall. Like headache and body pain. Wondering if I exerted myself too soon. I’m going on a trip soon with a couple of gfs and now am concerned at what it’ll do to my body. I’m day 14 now of my first day of symptoms but had it pretty mildly. Also triplevaxxed.
