Why are there Becker modules with the same MCQ coming up more than once?

I did an AUD module yesterday where there were four questions that had the exact same answer word for word. Not only that, they were all in a row! I can see how that might happen for random sets, but for a set module, why do they put them in? Do they not notice they are putting in the exact same thing four times, if not even more with slightly different wording? I feel like it screws up your % correct because you’re obviously going to get all the ones after the first one right. Just ranting. Haha.
