Lighting question

Hi, i've seen most of girls have reallly good lighting and good webcam in their room, how do they make it like that,where can i learn more what lightings should i use or what would be the best for white/pale skin?
Or how can i fix it? I only have one ringlight now but it's looks so weird. I am pale but its giving me weird colour and the colours are "mixed together" looks way better everything in real life. I have a brio 4K webcamera and i setted OBS correctly. Thank you!
