Problems streaming on CB

Anyone had any issues on CB this week?

My OBS is bugging out, no matter what i do to the settings CB is telling me the bitrate and fps are not sufficient. Then when I use the in-browser broadcast option (just mac webcam via cb itself) it's still frozen and laggy.

One of my customers was like Yeah the whole sites being weird. But top girls are still getting 6000+ views so whats the ish?!

Any ideas / TECH TIPS would be appreciated.
