Im having issues

I recently bought a new PC with a really good processor and graphics card for multi streaming since my old laptop kept buffering

I tried streaming for the first time but none of my sites were picking up my camera

Lovense OBS would and so would Snapchat on the web

I checked my settings and I don’t have adult content filtered or anything

I’m thinking maybe it’s firewall but I’m not really sure where to begin with that route

It isn’t Google settings and it isn’t regular settings
