Do i have to build sanhua at all with camellya?

Title says It all. I'm quite low on my resources so i'm trying to manage them the best.

It's worth to invest a lot on sanhua (basically crit build , 80/90% skill tree done ) Or what? Just level up her,
Put moonlit clouds and you are done?

Also which stats are good for sanhua in a camellya team?
