2019 Camry Se thudding Idle sound/feel?

Hi, I have a 130,000k mile, 2019 camry se, that has a funny Idle. For some fine details, this just started and it's about 16 degrees here. We have done all recommended maintenances until this point.

I've noticed that, while at operating temp, there is a very VERY light thudding from the engine. I can kinda feel it on steering wheel and in the seat. It's a bassy 'doom doom doom' about every half a second. I've even poped the hood and let me hand res ton the engine and can feel it, just again, very very lightly.

I have forgotten to check if this happens in drive or reverse as it's my girlfriends car and just been happening the last day or two.

Any ideas?
