Is a sub evening possible?

Forgive my lack of knowledge.

I drive a 2021 4Runner with the stock Apple CarPlay head unit (I have the non-JBL system though, this photo is from google). I love my CarPlay and I’m not really interested in changing my head unit, but I would love some more thump. I would love to go with a single 10 or 12.

Is it even possible to install a 10 or 12” sub without changing anything you see here? If it is feasible, would the cost of install be worth it? I have no electrical skills so I would have to have this professionally done.
