**Spoilers** Just finished The Ballad of Never After.......

Okay so... I finished The Ballad of Never After and I have so many questions. I needed to yap out my thoughts so I came here. Obvious spoilers so... yeah.

Chaos biting Evangeline probably shouldnt have shocked me as much as it did, but the way Jacks saved her I was a little confused. I understand why and all that but if he went back in time to when he met Tella like he planned wouldnt that also have saved her? It would have changed her life enough that she wouldnt have gone into the Valory with Chaos since she went in looking for a way to Cure Jacks's curse.... couldnt he have stuck to his original plan, gotten what he wanted with Tella and saved Evangeline? Also with Apollo.. did he actually take her memories?? I didnt think he was magical in any way so this confused me, but then I thought about the Valor children and im pretty sure there was one that could shapeshift? And one that could do something with memories.. I could be wrong but I feel like I remember them mentioning it but not really staying on it too much, was it really Apollo who did it and hes actually magical? Or was it the Valors?? Also do we ever get to know what the deal with Jacks's apples are? It was mentioned multiple times, including in the Hollow it pointed out that he wasnt eating apples anymore are they part of a curse or something? Im hoping it explains it in the next book.. I have to wait until tomorrow to get the book and my head was left full of questions with the last book's ending. If it was the Valors who took Evangeline's memories, is this current Apollo actually Apollo or is it still a Valor child? Or did they also alter Apollo's memory so he believed everything he was saying about Jacks being a villain taking her memories and all that? Unless it really is Apollo and he is magical? Idk im so lost and I just really want the next book already!! Also I just wanna say I loved the ending of this book and how tragic it seemed to be ESPECIALLY with Jacks throughout the book mentioning that Ballads always end poorly and the book's title itself is a Ballad..

If anyone wants to share their thoughts on the second book's ending PLEASE DO! No spoilers for the 3rd book if possible, but lets talk theories and ideas and anything else about The Ballad of Never After!
