Cars are a non-stop expense

It's no surprise, but it's still mind-boggling when you think about it—cars are a constant expense. There's the initial cost of registration and insurance, followed by ongoing costs like petrol, regular services, and the inevitable repairs that come with wear and tear. On top of that, there's always the possibility of unexpected fines (yes, rules are rules, but mistakes happen).

A few years ago, I decided to buy a brand-new car, thinking it would save me from the hassle and cost of frequent repairs. While it's been more reliable in some ways, even new cars require costly maintenance for wear and tear. It's incredible how much owning a car adds up over time!

There was nothing to disagree with. I don’t regret buying a new car at all; it’s something I need to learn to take pride in! So thanks for the mostly civil discussion!
