My cat has seizures every 2 months or so

Hey all. My cat is almost 8 years old, vet always says she’s super healthy, she’s a really sweet girl. Earlier this year, she had a seizure for the first time. Every two months or so (probably 6-8 weeks like I’ve seen online), she has another seizure. She’s had 3 total now.

They all occur at night. 2 have occurred while I’m sleeping, but she’s usually always asleep when I head to bed. I’m a light sleeper so I wake up to her having them.

The first time it happened, I was at my PC playing video games when I heard the typical sound of her having the zoomies on the carpet but I looked over and she was breathing heavily and clearly seizing. The second and third (the third happens about 45 mins ago at 4am) I’m assuming she’s just sleeping and wakes up having a seizure.

I’ve tried reading up on this but I feel very defeated because I’ve taken her to the vet twice about the seizures but the vet has told me both times I’ve taken her that she’s a healthy girl. can healthy cats have seizures? What should I do? Does anyone else’s kitty do this?

A little more information: She never urinates or poops during the seizures. She does have a lot of saliva or something that comes from her mouth.
