Cat waking my up at 5 am

Someone please tell me what to do because I’m going crazy.

Every morning, my kitten (almost 1) wakes me up at 5 am. I get up and feed them and then lay back down. After they eat, they come back into my room and she is a nightmare. She scratches, rips, and knocks over anything she can to get my attention to wake me up. If I sit up, she’ll stop for just long enough for me to put my head back down and then she starts again.

It’s been like 2+ months of this. If I lock her out of the room she tries to shred the door. Please tell me what I can do to stop or lessen this behavior. She has PLENTY of toys, cat tree, scratching posts, etc
