Chase travel is a mess

So I booked a flight from Florida to Vietnam through Chase Travel on September, my flight will be on February for my 1 year anniversary with my wife , 2 weeks ago my flight from Tampa to New York was delayed, i called Chase to see if i anything they can do , because i won’t be able to catch the next flight to Vietnam from New York , i need to be in New York before 10 Am to be able to get the connection flight

First person i spoke with , she said she will contact the airline, asked me to wait for 3 business days to see if i can reschedule my flight , after 3 days , i called back and another person told me to request a refund and book a new flight , and ask me to wait for a phone call when the airline accepted to do the refund

I waited for a whole week , and called back on Saturday last week, the guy told me keep waiting until Tuesday, (they can’t reach the airline yet ???) and if i don’t hear anything from them , I’ll get the refund from their end

Then i called last night again which is Tuesday night, and another person told me nothing she can do , i have to wait at least another week , they won’t be able to give me a refund without an acceptance email from the airline

From this point I just want my money back

What should I do ?? should i keep calling or listen to them and wait
