Writers who ask ChatGPT for feedback/critiques... how harsh is it to you?

Hello everyone. I'm wondering, how honest, critical, or harsh has it been for you? Or has it been extremely positive and nice about everything? I'm trying to get a feel for how accurate its feedback to me has been, but I have nothing to compare my feedback to. I have also used the "Brutally Honest Critic" GPT, with essentially the same feedback. I use ChatGPT-4 the most, currently. I'm writing fiction, by the way.
