Chat GPT beats Google Deep research for research

So I was watching a video on YouTube and somewhere down that rabbit hole I stumbled upon the news that Google had released the pro tier of their very popular notebook LM software.

I've always loved that product and I immediately wanted to find out how I could pay for and get subscribed to the premium plan.

Excited, I rushed to Google Gemini deep research to find out exactly how I could get my hands on the notebook LM pro package.

Usually I would go to chat GPT for such things, but because my last face off was between chat GPT and Google Gemini pro 1.5, and since I got a lot of requests in the comments to do deep research, 2.0 flash, and the 2.0 advanced, I decided to use this opportunity to pit deep research against chat GPT.

Admittedly I was a little skeptical as to whether or not I would be able to publish this as a legitimate mashup because deep research is a Google product and as such, perhaps would have an advantage over chat GPT about finding information about a fellow Google product.

What am I missing here? Was there something wrong in my prompt? You tell me, if you had to do research, which tool would you really prefer to have in your arsenal.
