Sister who's a Christian wants to marry a Hindu guy. What are their options?

Both families are okay with the arrangement. However, they don't want a traditional Hindu or a Christian wedding. So how do you have a wedding ceremony but not have it linked to any religion?

Edit: I know register office is an option, but we’d like to have the wedding in a nice place and invite friends and family.
