I still believe in no sex before marriage but....

It seems like the belief that we have to abstain from having sex before marriage is outdated in this modern times.

I am 34M, born and grew in a religious household, virgin, not married and it feels like I'm unappealing to most women due to inexperience. I'm fairly good looking, earning very good amount of money, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, owns a house, owns a business, confident in my self.

I know that in carrying Christ's cross, I will experience the burden, ridicule, and shame in my path/journey.

But lately I realize or felt like being tricked by this teaching to abstain from sex before marriage.

Women doesn't like inexperienced man. Virgin shaming is very prevalent(being called incel or loser).

I know there are benefits for being each other's first.

I know why this teaching was enforced to make sure you are raising you own child and not someone else's.

I know people ignore this teaching because of the fear of missing out or they are not just able to control their biological urges.

I really think I will be single forever unless I can find a woman who share the same values.

I still believe in no sex before marriage but it felt like there's no advantage for this any more.
