Anyone ended up with autoimmune diagnosis but Ana negative?
The past year has been a huge difference in my life. It started semi suddenly but has gotten worse over the year. I’ve had nausea, abdominal/flamk right sided pain, headaches, joint pain, extreme fatigue, weakness, numbness in hands/feet, blurry vision, congestion/cough only in the morning, mouth sores, thirsty all the time.
I have negative inflammatory markers, negative Ana, normal bloodwork, normal hormone levels, normal abdominal ct
Endoscopy/colonscopy shows lymphocytic colitis, esophagus and gastric inflammation but nothing specific.
Fecal elastase level was 167
Ct chest showed lung nodule that was biopsied as inflammation and narrowing with air trapping but no specifics
I have low blood pressure
I’ve been diagnosed thus far with unknown gi inflammation but they guessed gerd and lymphocytic colitis, unknown lung inflammation, hashimotos (I’ve had for years and is under control) pots, and endometriosis/adenomysosis.
The sudden onset and continuous worsening and off/on nature of some of the symptoms make me feel like this screams autoimmune of some sort? I feel like they are finding random things and guessing instead of looking at everything together? Has anyone ended up with an autoimmune or other disease with negative ANA and negative inflammatory markers and if so what test finally found it? All of my drs agree that something is wrong but don’t know what it is.
