Let's talk nurses. What's your experience, positive or negative?

I know someone giving a presentation to nurses sometime soon about how to treat patients better, figured you guys may have something to say on the subject. Do you have any stories about interactions with nurses, good or bad? Have they been a net positive during your health saga? How can some of those negative aspects be avoided? Thank you!!!
