Game crashing on Launch

Unsure what's happening but one day my game just seemed to crash every time it started up. It got up to the first loading screen with the three circles, it would get up to 2 of the outer circles fully completed and the inner circle half-complete, and then simply crashes. Any idea what it is and how to fix it?
