do yall think its possible to get a used 2022 civic SI for ~$24-22k

I am very interested in getting a civic SI, I thought about getting new since all the other 22s in my area (200mi range) are all like $26-27K which would make it smarter to buy new. This post is kinda my last resort if you guys have seen 22s at ~$24k or have advice on haggling a dealership down to ~$24k I would be very grateful.
