Underpaid insurance claim?

So back in end of Jan 2024, I was issued a payment from an at fault parties insurance for the damage their client caused to my vehicle. I noticed the amount they paid did not match the estimate from the place they sent me to for pictures/an estimate bc i guess they dont physically send out adjusters. Its like $250 less. I had sent an email a month later asking about it when i noticed the difference and never got a response. I sent a few further emails to other agents i had dealt with (as my original claims agent quit at the beginning of my claims process) so i was passed around to a few people at that time.

It never got resolved and I feel its unfair to short me the money I am entitled to. I know the statute of limitations is 2 years for property damage. How do I go about getting this fixed when they do not respond to emails? Do I just call the general claims line and ask for a supervisor ? I know it’s a small amount but thats like my car payment for a month. I haven’t even fixed the car yet. I don’t really plan on taking it to a body shop tbh bc its just a cracked bumper and slightly dented front fender. I found paint matched oem replacements off salvaged cars in my area that i plan to just swap it out with. But I just wanted to know if 1. This can still be fixed and 2. How to go about it
