How to clean childhood stuffed animal I ruined during a mental health episode

The red is lipstick and it's very possibly there was bacon fat and who knows what else in the mix as well (😬) I have some sewing skills and can take his stuffing out and refill him if need be. Extremely humiliated over this so this poor guy has been sitting in a dark corner of my closet for over a year- my siblings gave him to me the day I was born and I'd just really like to restore him or even make him safe to bring back into the bed without staining my sheets, it's ok if he is dyed red. I just don't even know where to begin. There are no tags on him with writing at this point. Thanks in advance :)
