How much Coffee do you make in one sitting

I make a 250ml pour over or french press for myself every morning, with a 250ml coffee and 125ml milk Iced Coffee blend in the afternoon.

I wonder if my coffee consumption is too high. How much coffee do you guys consume in one sitting/per day?
