£10k in Limbo, lost in the coinbase system. No help from support... absolute shit show

I screwed up with a bank transfer from Revolut and missed the reference code. The funds were reverted from coinbase back to revolut, and promptly rejected from them back to coinbase. Thankfully, Revolut has tracked this...

None of this showed up on my CB balance.

Spent 6 hours on a chat with CB support yesterday. Chewed through three clueless support people, they brought in the "transfers team" and then the chat simply dropped off and nobody returned. Wow, insane.

Maybe someone here knows how to get in touch with a higher level of support? I've got the 6 hour chat copied into a doc, plus the Revolut documentation of transfers. I'm a client on CB since 2018.
