Coffee farms in the triangle

Hi guys !

I'm gonna go down to the triangle of coffee in the next days, like around Manizales, Pereira, Armenia, Salento.. I'm looking for the best coffee farms, and notably where I could drink some Geisha type. In Belgium I had many opportunities to drink Geisha from Colombia and it's always a blast, now that I'm here I'd like to find the source (and buy somes kilos obviously).

Also if you have some nice ideas of where to sleep (I'll be there with my wife and suegros) out of Airbnb I take it.
