What is up with all the Texas license plates?

Someone mentioned this a few months ago but ever since I've seen Texas cars/trucks everywhere.

What's going on? What company is shipping Texans to central Ohio?

I've also seen trucks with Texas plates doing work at people's houses. Like a handyman and landscapers.
