TV Apps

All the apps (Netflix, Amazon, Paramount, etc.) take so long to launch, and navigating is so baggy and slow. Once you pick your show, the streaming is great. But once in a while I'll switch over to my Playstation and run the apps on there and it's amazing how fast they are. The voice remote is pretty much the ONLY reason I still haven't canceled. 1. Do any of the alternatives have a good voice remote system? Or 2. Is there a way to improve the app performance in Xfinity?
