Am i making the right choice

In my first year doing ce and honestly i like coding and computers are cool. But i recently had a stay in a hospital and my family is a long line of nursing. Anyways i think nursing would be a fulfilling job, what should i do to see if i even like ce? Im already going to work at a hospital not sure how i could test out ce, and also i believe my degree choice added onto my anxiety. I live in rural Louisiana and there arent any jobs for us not even swe. Am i making a decision too early? Im planning on finishing this year undeclared doing my nursing prereqs then transferring after the year
